I’m 15 years old, I did karate for 2 years from 12-14 yrs old and I’ve wrestled for about half a year now. I am planning on starting brazilian jiu jitsu and muay thai very soon. Is it too late for me to have a good future in MMA?

Well, considering that most of the best MMA fighters are about 30 years old, you’re looking at 15 years of training ahead of you. It takes 4 years to get a college degree and 8 years to become a doctor, so I’d say yes, you can become a good fighter in 15 years.
NO ! hahah
Good Luck, Train Hard - Fight Hard my friend !
People ALWAYS think it is soo late to start something….If you think this way you will never start anything ! You must find a goal and reach it, at any cost my friend. Your only 15…Think of it this way….Your 15, start fighting when your 16 then fight till your 35 - 40…..That gives you 20-25 years of fighting !
I would say if that is what you want to do…Then who is to stop you but yourself my friend
ha so nieve! i started MMA at 16, its never too late!
your already a teenager, you missed all those crib training exercises. The bottle drills, etc. Thats going to hold you back some. but its not TOO late yet.
I smell a troll here…are you purposely trying to make the older folks in here like myself feel bad? Are you seriously asking this question expecting legitimate answers? Unless you were diagnosed with a rare terminal disease and have 2 years to live, then no, it’s not too late.
its never too late for good future in MMA because im 18 and im a MMA fighter and its never to late for anything all you have to do is put 110% into training and fights and everything you do for fight in MMA
Put it this way,
Randy Couture is 45 and only last year did he retire from UFC.
He has been to the olympics for wrestling three times in 1988, 1992 and 1996.
And your only 15
so get to work son
