Bruce Tzu asked: You know how alot of ex-NFL players after they reach 50 can barely walk or maybe younger. It seems that the toll on the body of the NFL players can be devastating later on. Will MMA fighters experience the same thing? Could a person expect to have 30 MMA fights and be a healthy individual afterward? Is fighting MMA like playing russian roulete with your health?

Misanthropic asked: Before, there use to be more greco roman wrestlers going in to pro wrestling, and actually had good matches because they had more of a mat based ability. But now, more people choose MMA because it is more lucrative and less silly.
Do you think that the quality of pro wrestling is diminishing because of this, yes or no and why?

Bruce Tzu asked: Is the UFC going to be the NFL of MMA and the rest of the promotion companies arena football? Do you think it is best to have one true championship promotional company? Do you think the UFC has a fair ranking system?

myfight4kids asked: I do MMA and really passionate about it and I wanna share that with her by bringing her along to one of my training sessions, I know that dinner and a movie is more traditional but I want to be different and be exciting and unpredictable, so i was thinking maybe we put on the boxing gloves, head gear and shin pads and just have a friendly box and get on the mat and have a wrestle lol and show her some choke holds and other grappling techniques (I might have to wear tight underwear if you catch my drift lol) so would girls be keen on something like this
don’t worry i have female training partners as well so i know what i’m doing lol
well yeah duh of course I’m going to ask first,

mtdew120 asked: I’ve been contemplating doing some MMA classes to get some basic martial arts skills down to be able to defend myself if any issues arise.
Now what I’d like to know from some of the more experienced people out there is how much would 2-3 months of MMA training get me in a fight? Furthermore, with more training, how far does that get you?
Basically, I’m just trying to figure out how long to train for or if I should go for it depending on how long I’d have to be in classes to be fairly good at defending myself in a physical scuffle.

rafa_mma asked: How much money pay the MMA organizations to the fighters for a fight. Obviously there’s fighters who charges more than others, then who are the best pay fighters.

JRS300 asked: Currently, I’m 6′ and 153 pounds. I want to gain as much weight as I can. What would be the healthiest, quickest, most effective way to gain some. I work out in the gym and all I do is tone my muscles, there is no weight gain. Someone give me som good advice. Maybe someone with experience in MMA fighting that knows about going up and down weight classes. Thanks!

Bruce Tzu asked: Seems that Fedor is the only fighter with a pristine record. The best of the best in MMA seem to lose. Hughes, GSP, Gomi, Henderson, Liddell, Wanderlai all have good records but they are beatable.
Will MMA ever be like boxing with fighters that rarely lose? Look at Floyd Mayweather he has been fighting for many years now and not 1 loss. Does the sport need fighters that don’t lose?
